Another tough loss and they now have back to back road games at Ohio St and at Michigan. I would hope they could go at least 1-1.

I agree Minnesota and the Buckeyes should be a great game. I'm taking the family to Columbus next Saturday night to see this one live. I'll be pulling for the Bucks, but should Tubby win I won't cry during the 86 mile ride home. I'll get to see a Hall of Famer win a game live, and that will be well worth the ticket price.

I'll be pulling for the Bucks, but should Tubby win I won't cry during the 86 mile ride home. I'll get to see a Hall of Famer win a game live, and that will be well worth the ticket price.

Tubby's Gophers needed to split with IU or Mich St to really grab a hold of where they want to be at the end of the season. Disappointing they couldn't get one of these two wins.

 

Made their work harder to get an at large NCAA bid.

Thad Rules!!! He has done a great job cleaning up the o'Brien mess! I'm glad he is in Columbus, and I hope he is there for a long long time!

There not going to get in the NCAA tournament I promise you that they havent beat anybody good this year. No quality wins doesnt get you in the NCAA tourney.

8 more wins gets them to 20 and IF they beat IU and 1 win vs. Wisconsin then I believe they sneak in because Tubby Smith is a household name in college basketball. I think the Golden Gophers has a shot at the NCAA they are 12-5 it's not like they are 7-9.

Why did u bring up UK? I know they wont make the tourney unless they win the SEC tourney but Minnesota won't make it because the IU game is at IU thats a loss already in my book and if they beat Wisconsin one time that won't make it enough theyll have 19 wins against nobody I doubt they beat Ohio State and Michigan will be a trap game for them. Tubby has done a great job by beating teams he suppose to beat but NIT bid is a bonus for them this year.
