January 8, 200818 yr Here's my main issue with this and I'm having a tough time, getting past this....Why couldn't Clemens, inject himself with B-12 or have the team doctor, wife or someone else beside the personal trainer. Also, is the only way to take lidocaine, via a shot. Is there no pill form, cream, patch or other method. That is the part, I'm struggling with. Yeah, that's a tough one for Roger. Why didn't he just go out and buy some Flintstone B-12 vitamins like everyone else? HB20 and sticky are correct and it would seem there are other ways to take the lidocaine.

But, there is only one way to take lidocaine/cortisone if you want it to directly affect your joints or ligaments. I believe it can be absorbed into muscle but not joints or ligaments...
January 8, 200818 yr McNamee's lawyer's response was that his client was a licensed sports medical trainer and that his client sure as heck knew the difference between lidocaine and B-12, and testosterone, and that his client stood by his story. Has Clemens filed a deformation lawsuit yet? I would really like to know exactly what a "licensed sports medical trainer" is.
January 8, 200818 yr But, there is only one way to take lidocaine/cortisone if you want it to directly affect your joints or ligaments. I believe it can be absorbed into muscle but not joints or ligaments...Clemens admitting, that MacNamee injected him with B-12 and lidocaine, has me wondering if this same combination of injections, were administered to anyone else (Pettite excluded) by MacNamee. Has anyone else, indicated they received a similar combination before from him. Has anyone else (Petitte excluded) indicated, he injected them with enhancements. If some can be validated, it certainly makes Clemens seem to have less credibility and adds to MacNamee. Clemens admitted to taking vioxx, like eating Skittles. If he took lidocaine and vioxx, does anyone know the possible side affects or problems, which could arise from each. Another issue, which I haven't heard anywhere is, did Clemens take any drug tests from '98 on and what were the results. I'm sure over time, this question will be posed to him or his Attorney.
