December 26, 200718 yr Well it would be nice to see some new uniforms next year. But the team I really want to get new uniforms is the basketball team. The uniforms do not look that good to me at all, and well we have sucked since we have had them. So I think the basketball team needs to make a complete change with it...

Also, I would hope that they would go to a more traditional uni - something like Bama, Penn St., Ohio State, Michigan, Auburn, UGA, etc.........teams like this wear the same style "traditional" uni every season and do not change. All of these so called "modern' or "in style" unis like Oregon's or the Bengals in the NFL are a complete joke. I woud say what they really look lke but it is against the BGP guidelines. (LOL)

December 26, 200718 yr There are no major changes to the uniform. They are able to be mixed and matched, i.e. blue jersey whit pants and vice versa. The insert is no longer on the side panels. As there is another design on the pants and jersey. Also the silver piping is gone from the jerseys. It will still say KENTUCKY across the chest. Nothing major just some fine tuning! Do they still have those stupid shoulder pad seams?

Nope, they're the same color as the jersey and are perpendicular to the "silver piping" around the shoulder pads. They go from the silver piping to the sleeve. They make it look like a medieval dress...

They make it look like a medieval dress... I've never noticed those until now, but from looking at pictures they seem like they are related to the piping. My guess is that they will be gone too.
