How is it that 2 days ago it was 60 degrees and tonight it's freezing. I know I'm wishing for snow because I want to stay home but come on now....

I just finished up myself with the fam and I was very happy with some of the items I recieved.

 

My favorite gift was a BOSS Metal Zone Distortion Pedal for my electric guitar. I hooked it up in my effects loop then into an earpiece jack to listen to it ( because the amp and cab arrive in FEB.)...and this thing is gonna make me sound like Kerry King! :ylsuper:

I'm too much of a rookie to even know what all that stuff is. Although I do have my eye on a Kustom Sienna 65 Combo amp for my acoustic.

I havent been playing that long either. Because Im without an amp Ive spent more time doing my guitar effects homework rather than any actual playing. IMO, I need to hear the full effect in order to play.

 

Ive got my eye on a Line 6 amp but nothing is set in stone yet..Im still doing a little more searching and researching.

I play (badly) old style 70's stuff. So I don't really get into all the metal crunch gizmos much.
