Lets say student A attends Rose Hill who plays basketball but takes his studies seriously how can you down him for wanting to transfer to a school who has all the classes you need to get accepted into lets say a UK or a big school. Student B attends Huntington High and is a national prospect for the NBA. Lets say he "transfers" to Rose Hill to recieve some national recognition. You tell me which is corrupt.

So what is a big school? Is the Air Force Academy a big school? Graduates of Rose Hill are attending universities all over the United States including UK. I don't know what Kool Aid you've been drinking but you must have forgot to add sugar.

 

I not quite sure I follow why an NBA prospect would have to attend a Class A school to receive national recognition.

 

If I remember correctly Rose Hill's achievement test scores were some of the highest in the area.

 

Quick question for you were did the Watts brothers, Jacob Sparks, Nichols, and Jamison Sparks attend school prior to their "transfer" to Raceland? How about Cam the Ram? I know one of them isn't attending a big school, nor medium school, nor small school so he didn't leave for academic reasons. If so he made a poor choice.

 

Once again I really don't care about Rose Hill but this continuous whining is a sad reflection on those who are just as guilty if not more so. Those who live in glass houses.......................................

BTW...our feeder system at Boyd is not really that great at all...But can say that the kids have been at Boyd since Kindergarten and will continue to win and lose together.

I really don't think a feeder system is nearly as important in basketball as it is football. Kids play AAU with other kids from different schools. There are leagues within school systems. Either way as long as kids get to play it is fine. But It takes fewer bodies to build a basketball program. One or two kids can carry a basketball team.
