I agree with a mixture of the comments posted here.....Danville DOES have plenty of athletes. Make no mistake about that. However, there are too many ME'S and not enough WE's on this team. With that said, Danville did beat Bardstown the last time, and Coach Harp should have his boys ready because of the scare Bardstown gave them the second half before. I like Danville in a grind out win....21-13.

If I weren't calling the Mayfield game would be one I would make the 3-plus hour drive to see...two great programs competing in the 2nd round. Being a Mayfield fan one thing I can promise is this....never, EVER count on the ADS in the playoffs...Coach Harp always has his team come playoff time...just ask Frankfort from last year...and my CARDS.

 

Should be a fun game to watch and best of luck to both teams this week and the rest of the playoffs whichever team makes it to the Regional Finals.

Way too many "me's" from what I hear; they are gaining a reputation around here for being a very selfish group that is looking for the individual success, and not very team-oriented(willing to block for each other, focus on assignments, etc...). That spells big-time trouble for any hs program in my opinion. You can see it from the stands on Friday and hear it around town-individual accolades 1st, team goals a distant 2nd. Sad but true, and I hate it for the kids that are playing for the team and want to do whatever it takes to win.

Danville jumped your butts the first time, and they'll do it again if you come out flat and spot them 3 TD's. I fully expect the tailback for Danville to play, and their won't be any team turmoil on Danville's sideline when they come out Friday. They'll be loaded for bear (or Tiger). You all go ahead and get off of this thread now, and work on what YOU do and not what Danville's gonna do or not do. Focus, gentleman.

Il be there, rooting for my tigers. Hope its a good one. I still have sour grapes in my mouth for Danville. My junior season in 00, the Ads came from behind and beat us in one hell of a game(cold too). We moved up to 2A the following year and never the rematch we wanted! Good luck to both squads. GO tigers!

Of course, the same could be said of the Tigers first half where we played lousy and spotted you 20 points. So, the sword cuts both ways, I guess . . .
