The previous playoff meeting score is irrelevant. What was the score when they played this season? I believe it was LCA 42 Raceland 7.

I would say that the 42-7 score is irrelevant as well seeing as how that game was over two months ago. This will be a far different game for various reasons.

Raceland had less mistakes against Fairview, I hope they can maintain that ability against LCA. Raceland will have to maintain a high level of discipline to beat LCA. No false starts, and good form tackling. The tackling was much better against Fairview, and they will have to maintain that tackling ability against a very athletic LCA.

Raceland will have to contain Hayden and the fine QB at LCA plus as you said, cut out the mental mistakes and turnovers.

The rams were missing 9 starters the first time these two teams played including big play makers Denton and Carver. The rams come out on top and defend their district championship.

Thats O.K. LCA heard about your ("9"?) starters out last time and aggreed to play left handed in the last game. I guess they had some pretty good leftys. Denton and Carver matter. Nobody else.

Raceland gets their wish but the outcome will be the same as earlier this year. They will travel home with a loss. It will feel better to win with them at full strength. Then there can be no more excuses. Time to roll out the basketballs in Ramville!!

LCA = 35

Raceland - 14

Pretty cocky, aren't you? That's okay...I'm sure it will matter to the other nine starters on both sides of the ball Friday night. Raceland will show up at full strength & be ready to play. Play with both hands Friday if you like. Did you play left-handed against Hazard?

Denton and Carver are 4 of the positions that were filled with sophomores in the first meeting. I don't guess you have heard of Robbie Logan (who also counts as two), don't worry you will meet him on Friday. Steven Piercy, watch closely he plays LB, Jarod Smith, he's big you won't miss him, Shannon Large, you will have to watch close for him he is very fast. There is the introduction, we will see if the other make a difference or not, I say yes.

LCA had better bring there A game. Because Raceland is tired of messing around. Kypride you are pretty sure of your self aren't you. I think you all didn't even get off the bus at Hazard.

Ok i cant believe im going to admit this on here, but i think LCA will win this one ,but it will be alot closer then last time, but here is the part i cant believe im admitting. I am pulling for Raceland all the way ,and yes im a Fairview Eagle, but i have always rooted on the Rams exept when they are playing us, just for the reason they are a small local school like us,and yes i do feel the Raceland program has alot of class, and alot of good folks down that way. Good luck Rams !!!!!!!!

Whether we admit it or not, we always root for Fairview as well, when they are not playing Raceland, for the same reasons that you listed. Fairview has a lot of great poeple as well, and I have always got along well with them. And we would be more then happy to have you if you want to go to the Raceland/LCA game. I hope your wrong about the LCA win though.

Hey, all of you in Ramland.

Not all of us here is Lexington are "counting victories" before they're hatched.

We know this will be a tough game for us; especially after last year's playoff game.

We will bring our "A" game, and let the players do the talking on the field....

Never thought you would think that way. Look forward to the trip and some great football atmosphere.

You forgot to inform them about Dalton Terry and Brian Tolliver who were out in the last meeting.:sssh:
