It's seems that the pride is back at Bell Co.. I was kinda worried at the beginning of the year and a little disappointed with some of the things going on, but now as I have watched the pride and heart come outa these boys and some of the old skool coachin by Dud like it was when I played, I think the Bobcats are unstoppable. Dudley has put a lot of effort into this year and it shows in many ways. I hope they get to keep the black uniforms until the end of this season. They are very cool. We wanted them when I played, but the deal was to keep the Lone Jack colors. A win Friday night will be the first undefeated season since 92 if I remember correctly. I pick Bell over Tates Creek by 2 TD's. I not looking any further down the line. GO Cats!!!!

I'd say Franklin County has the easiest route to the final 4. I think they will play the winner of Lexington Catholic-Bell County.

 

On our side I see the winner of the North Bullitt-Bullitt East game taking on Lone Oak and a bit of an upset special I say Fairdale makes it out of their district to lose to Warren East.

 

So I'll go Bullitt East (or North Bullitt) vs. Warren East and Franklin County vs. Lexington Catholic as a final 4.

Franklin County does have very good skills players with a young QB, but will go as their O and D line go. If Smither, Barnett, "Oak Tree" Watkins, and "Big" Pat Brown as well as others are ready to get "their game on" in the playoffs FC will be able to compete with Bell Co or Lex Cath. Obviously FC must take care of business one game at a time in order to get that opportunity.

FC players....the bottom line is that you are thought of as a bunch of weak sisters. If you all do get a chance to play Lex Cath, they have already marked it down as a W.

Fanofthe11th I have no idea who you talked to but I highly doubt that those words came out. Nobody at Lex Cath has said a word about it already being a win. They are a good team that is not being overlooked at all. I dont know if your a fan of Franklin Co saying those things cause you have a grude agaisnt Lex Cath from last year or you are just trying to fire up your boys. Trust me that we want to play you again. No one is overlooking you. I hope we meet up 4th round cause it will be another good game.

4 years ago this may have been a mark it down win for Lexcath, but FC has turned its program into a powerhouse and I dont see it slowing down anytime soon and by no means has anyone at Lexcath marked this as a W, more worried about the first 3 rounds before we can get to round 4. I have the nothing but respect for that team and would love nothing more then to meet them again in the 4th round for another great game.

If you read the bolded part, it says HOPE to see you in the fourth round. Nothing he said was a guarantee.

Having seen all 3 of these teams play. LC has the advantage over all the other teams by having over 100 kids. Anyone that thinks this is not an advantage watch the movie 300. Bell is a good football team as is FC. This is the game i hope to see two teams that having seen both play should be a great one.
