Fleming had the ball in the Royal red zone 4 times in the 2nd half and couldn't get any points.

Mason Co improves to 6-3.

They are at Greenup Co next to close out the regular season.

Fleming Co falls to 4-5

They are at Bryan Station next week to close out the regular season.

Cox threw for 3 TD's and ran for one TD.

Not very impressive AT ALL for Mason Co.

Lackluster performance by the Royals on Senior Night. One of those games where you never felt Fleming was going to win; just not a dominant performance by the Royals like many expected. On to Greenup County next week for the final game of the regular season.

Got away with the win tonight and thats about it. Congrats to coach b and the royals team. Last game next week against Greenup and the royals have one more tune up game before the playoffs.

Ugh.... emotional letdown anyone?

FC played hard and made it a game...Royals just couldnt get things going on O. But the D was solid! But the Royals still got the W!

Sometimes you have games like that. Get the win and get ready for the next one.

Fleming played very hard in what is an emotional rival game,Mason just didn't have there A game tonight and turned it over a lot.A win is a win and now we move on just be glad it was against a sub par team that we still escape with the W .Guys its that time to dig in and get back to playing good fundamental football for the postseason soon.Good luck to the Panthers the rest of the way also.

This should be a wake up call for Mason. Fundamentally, Fleming is one of the worst teams I've seen all year. Mason better come out of their funk....or....basketball season will come sooner than expected.

This is late i know but what was the deal with the onside kick not going to Mason?

I believe the ball must hit the ground or an opposing teams player after 10 yards. The kicking team cannot be the first to touch it in the air. Illegal touch. Anyone confirm?????

thanks. couldnt tell if the ball hit the ground first or if it went directly off the helmet.
