I am trying to take the easy way out and just take some pills that will help me lose weight. I work out and exercise 4-5 times a week so that won't be a problem. I eat fast food about 4 times a week at least. :lol: I just need to lose about 15 pounds or so. Has anyone ever tried anything or know of any that worked for someone. Any help? Don't tell me to eat salads and vegetables either because that is out of the question.

Alli is the only weight loss supplement approved by the FDA. It does mention a lot of different side effects on the box of it though. You'd have to look into it if you want to take that chance.

I have heard of some people having some success with Cylaris.

I took NO Explode when I was working out a while ago and it worked okay. I gained the "freshman 15" in college only it was 30 for me lol. I went from 130 in HS to 160 pretty quick in college. I'm now 160 but I've put on a lot more muscle. If you are looking to add some muscle and take away some fat at the same time try NO Explode or Superpump 250. I liked both.

Adipex... or Phenteramine is commonly used in pharmacies. Might not be covered by insurance but its only around 40 bucks a script I believe... go to Sams pharmacy. They are the cheapest.

I work in a pharmacy and can tell you that Adipex, or its generic phentermine(which is a controlled substance) is also relatively cheap even if your insurance does not cover it, but usually doctors will only prescribe it if they think the patient is in indear need of it.

You can buy a lot of RX's online now... but after working in a pharmacy for so long I would have to see it come from an actual pharmacy... thats just me.

I have tried to get it on line but the sites I go to ask for you doctors name and then they charge you a a fee for getting it there.My doctor has never approved it so I can not get it online.

I have heard some good things about EC stack it is said to be the best fat burner on the market.

I think I will go to GNC tomorrow and talk to someone there to see if they have anything. I am sure they will probably just throw a bunch of garbage talk at me.
