Weight loss/Work out Supplements?

Featured Replies

Cardio sucks but im getting used to it. I'll do 2 miles on the elliptical, lift for about an hour to an hour and a half and finish up with a mile on the treadmill. Finishing up my 4th week of a 12 week workout.

Only thing I take right now is called Black Powder, you take it before you workout.

All I'm doing is playing basketball for 2-3 hours a day. As much as I hate to say it I need to start lifting.

Another good one after running, do about 3-4 sets of sit ups, with 1-2 minutes of fast paced jump roping in between. You'll feel a pretty good burn in the ole mid section.

Lifting ain't too bad, where you playing ball at though?
