Yeah to be honest, I would much rather be back in four A. I love the district we had and the rivalries be were building not just within our district but without. I'm still getting used to this new classification thing but it doesn't have the same taste in my mouth. Whoever heard of playing for the district title in week four.:irked:

Ryle is a more physical team and with the bruising running back they have, I see no reason they shouldn't win this game in an effortless manor.

The key difference in this game is that Ryle NEEDS to win this game, Dixie doesn't. If Ryle wins out, they get the #2 seed in their district, and thus a home game in the playoffs. Dixie already has the #2 seed locked up, therefore, they can use this game to work on some things before CovCath comes down Dixie Hwy.

The Ryle players know better than to have this attitude. Not sure when I've ever seen a game won without great effort. This is not a ping pong match.

If it's anything like the BC-Dixie game it will be a great shoot out. Hopefully it will go in the favor of the Colonels, we need a quality win under our belts, Good luck to both teams

I think every game is a "needs" game. High School sports is all about pride and bragging rights, and after losing twice to Ryle last year I think finding motivation shouldn't be a problem, regardless of the lack of playoff implications.

 

Dixie has played it's best two games of the year in the last two weeks (including the Boone Loss) and I think both teams will be ready to play.
