A lot of class from the Big Dawg!!!1 "Facing the Giants" is an AWESOME movie that I recommend to all football fans and all Christians in general. Richt is well known for his class. The stories of his visits to the sick in hospitals are numerous.

October 14, 200718 yr Coach Richt is a fine Christian man. If you've never seen the movie "Facing the Giants", you need to check it out. Awesome movie and another big reason why I like Coach Richt.

October 15, 200718 yr UGA Coach Mark Richt showed an enoumous amount of class just now at the end of the UGA/Vandy game in Nashville. UGA won on a last second FG, some of their players started "dancing on the Star" (Vandy's emblem) at the middle of the field. Richt ran out to mid field, physiacally pulled his players off - ripping their butt the whole way off the field. When ask by the ESPN reporter about it shortly afterwards Richt stated... "that is not what we are about here, not at all. We did that once in 2002 and I thought that I had made it plain then. We do not do that at UGA, are not about that and I sincerly apologize to Vandy for it." That may not have been exact but it was very, very close. I would hate to be those players this coming week. :thumb::thumb::thumb: Kudos to Coach Richt, it is class like this that shows what he is made of and why imo he is one of the top coaches in the country. Coach Richt epiomizes class, day in and day out.
