October 8, 200718 yr What is the best tasting fish ?? Nothing like hand sized Bluegill, Scaled and chopped head and tails. Fried in a cornmeal batter.. Deal with the bones it makes you appreciated more..
October 8, 200718 yr Bluegill is certainly very good, hard to beat. I also like Sauger/Walleye, Crappie, Catifish and Bass. Muskie also have very good taste - somewhat diferent than some of the others but very good. Since I have listed most popular fresh water fish here I guess that my opnion is that the best tasting fresh water fish is the ones that you happen to have in front of you . I Love Em'. :thumb:
