Cole is a super talent and catches passes against everyone they play, despite being doubled teamed. From what I have read it doesn't seem to me that Somerset is doing things for the sole purpose of padding Coles stats.

Gerard Parker currently holds the yardage record for a career with 4736. Montrell Jones is currently tied with Cole for career touchdowns with 59. Jones also holds the career reception record with 266, Cole started the season with 159 so that record appears safe.

Congrats to the Jumpers. They should be able to cruise from here on out.

Jackson County actually did fine. They couldn't stay with Somerset's receivers but they were very organized and well coached. You could just tell that a lot of their kids haven't grown up playing football but they looked like they had been taught the fundamentals and had around 35 kids dressed. They had a nice big nice looking running back and some other good sized kids as well. If they hang in there I'm sure they'll do fine.

The Mountain News has Corbin ranked #5, Breathitt Co. #4, and Belfry #2. All potential foes for the Jumpers. Come Oct. 26 the competition will pick up.

Just pointing out that Cole catches passes against everyone. It was a SW fan that downed the competition, yet he had his biggest game against the Warriors, who always play the toughest schedule.

Yeah, I am going to down the competition. There is none! Somerset has not played anyone since Cobb has been there, and will not play anyone while he will be there. I agree 100% Cole is an outstanding football player or else he would not be committed to play football in the SEC.
