Are you with the plaintif in the McDonalds case? I don't know what happenned off camera, but I haven't seen anything to warrant the tasing. From what I understand, the kid is a professional jerk, but that by itself doesn't need tasing.

It's a really simple concept that some have to learn the hard way, comply with the police or get tased. He didn't comply, he got tased.

I agree lbbc, but after watching and hearing more on this clown this morning on the news, the guy had staged this entire thing. He was well known around U.F. for staging crap like this. The news that I was watching said this morning that he had handed his camera to a lady next to him and when the camera wasn't on, he did nothing to draw attention to himself at all. Reports stated that he kept looking at the lady (camera) and asking if it was on or telling her to "get ready". My question is this; Is it really that important or do these crap for brain kids really need their you tube fix and 25 min. of fame this bad ? Obviously they do. Maybe they can't get anyone to notice them anyway other than this . Between you tube and my space junk and others like it, this only shows me the incredible amount of "15 min. of fame seeking" pathetic losers that we have in our universities and elsewhere. God help us if these are tommorrows leaders :eek: :lol:

Just some advice people.................Get A Life, you are not funny and you are not important! People may think that you are out there somewhere and stupid and then some go and pull this kind of stupid stunt and they remove all doubt.

 

To answer your original statement, I agree - do what the police tell you to do and there are not problems. Imo the taser was warranted, I hguess they could have cracked the idiot over the head with a night stick, uh??? He resisted, kept resisting - they contolled him, end of story.

A fitting ending to this would be if he were sent to the Phillipines for a good "caning."

Agree 100%. I don't care whether the police were right or wrong. When they tell you do to something, you do it. If they police were wrong, you'll get your chance later to address it. We cannot avoid anarchy if each and every one of us gets to ignore all orders from the police that we disagree with, any more than we can permit our children to disobey our orders that they don't disagree with.
