September 9, 200719 yr LSU played very well; they'd be #2 if I had a vote. Tech was way overrated based on their Week 1 showing, and were overmatched by the Tigers. Should drop to #20 or thereabouts, but probably shouldn't be in the Top 25 at all. I really like the LSU team; the new QB has stepped right in.

September 9, 200719 yr Why not question the SEC fans as to why there was no thread started? Too busy running damage control I guess. LSU is very impressive so far. I said no closer than 21 and they doubled down...
September 9, 200719 yr No way can anyone argue against LSU as the best team in the country. They've played two BCS conference opponents, and have outscored them 93-7.....
September 9, 200719 yr No surprise here. Possibly the best defense in the country against a team with no offense. I thought they would win by about 28-31 and but VT couldn't even keep it that close. VT is very overrated at this point.
