I was thinking of a big name for a little dog too. You know, to balance out the "little dog" syndrome that he might have.

something like:

Brutus

Ceasar

Buster

Duke

Thanks for the suggestions...Please keep them coming.

All of our dogs when I was a kid were named Klondike . All of my fathers and grandfathers dogs too. When my grandfather ( born in 1882 ) was a kid one of the defining events of the time was the gold rush in the Canadian Klondike . Hence the name .

Carson

GREAT NAME!

I like the name 'dog'. It takes all emotion out of it and is very easy to remember...

We shall call him Rebel!

We shall call him Rebel!

That is exactly what my hubby says! We are considering D'oggy. (pronounced DEE OGGY). He'll probably call him Dog no matter what we decide to name it.

my son is settling in on Taz, although I am not crazy about that name.

Some great suggestions on here. Thanks fellow BGPr's!
