Saw it tonight.....Liked it quite a bit, although the original is still way better.

Watched it last night & thought it was a pretty good movie. His childhood days was a good part of the movie. The theatre was packed...The movie probably has more "women body parts" than any other movie that has came out in a theater. It seemed like he couldn't kill them unless they were having sex. But anyway, overall it was a good movie.

I liked the original movie and I think it still holds up really well. This movie was interesting only in that it tried to explain young Michael which was a bit of a mystery. The thing that I liked most about the original is that it was the suspense that was scary. It was Michael slowly creeping around and coming out of the shadows and stalking that was what made the movie frightening. Zombie tried to do Halloween I in about 45 minutes, the second part of the movie. It was like watching a pale imitation of the first one at twice the speed. He cut all the victims down in record time. No suspense and not very scary IMO. It was just a gore fest. Not many people realize it about the original '78 movie, but there was no blood in the movie...

That is the Zombie way........I liked it.....It actually made Myers out be be more human........and a really large human at that.........A good time setting would have been better though.

I have a copy of it on DVD! ;)

Not sure when I will get a chance to see it, but will check it out sometime soon, hopefully.

Im going to check this out this week.

Hey, if you like this movie then you will probably like Zombie's other ones. Go rent Devils Rejects and House of 1000 corpses if you havent seen them already. :thumb:

I thought that it was too sympathetic to the guy who killed about 35 people...

PM me.

I watched this online last night at work. Good movie, wish I would have .for it earlier, they actually had it online before it came out in theaters.

The one thing that always got me was the fact that Jason and Micheal Myers could always just walk after their sprinting victims, but yet catch them everytime lol... I always thought that was crazy...
