I knew that Scott Co and Madison Central could be ranked in the top 25...suprised my Cards were, this early in the season. All of these schools are in the same district....going to be a very interesting year and playoff season.

I think that Central being as high as they are is the real head scratcher. Manual should prove that next week.

PRP all the way up ay #5?! That alone makes this poll a flop.

I was also surprised by Clark's #23 ranking. They do have more talent coming back from last years regional final team that the HL mentioned.

 

Madison Central and Scott Co were no suprise though. Clark will have to play both of those teams (at their fields) later in the season.

Where is Cov Cath? They may have lost some talent; but they should at least be in the Top 25.

Male and PRP are a little higher than they should be. Based on scrimmages, so is X.

I agree CC has to be in there somewhere.

Interesting that GRC plays 4 that are in the top 25. If they come out victorious in a few of those games maybe they will show they deserve the ranking.

Nice to see Bell get so much recognition. I think they have a ways to go, but are definitly a potential top 10 team in the state.

I think this is the highest Mike Fields has had Belfry ranked during the pre-season ever, well, that I can remember.

 

I think a lot of it has to do with the number of players they have returning, but this team has a long ways to go if they want to get back to Louisville.

PRP at number 5 in the polls. I feel that they are way overrated. Didnt Lexcath stomp them in a scrimmage?

I mean no disrespect, but how many of these teams has Fields personally seen EVEN PRACTICE?

IMO the teams were ranked according to how high the profile of some of the players were.

At this point is very subjective, without knowing his "method" I can live with it.

Is ranking preseason football like providing weather reports, right or wrong you have to do again each week.....
