Just how is Manual going to get past X?

once or twice

No way Henderson Co get's that far this season. Rebuilding mode & new coach. Henderson co will never beat the big 3 of the ville with only 35 players. Now, if they get thier numbers up????????

Last time i checked we had 90 kids out.

Last time i checked we had 90 kids out.

Great! As i said, if they get thier numbers up! A pretty good chunk of that 90 is freshmen & thats a great start:ylsuper:

The KHSAA would have been correct 5 out of the last 6 years if they mailed the trophy early.

They have to win with a running game this year though, been a while since they have been in that spot...Beatty prefers to pass thats why they went after the kid that is FC so hard..

Why is this so?

TigerPaw is in a dreamland. Trinity will win with the pass and run this year and alittle defense. If the kid who went to FC wanted to come to Trinity, he would have, but he probably thought he could start 4 years vs 2 years at Trinity. Why don't you let it go TigerPaw and let the kid play out his high school career and not make such a big deal of it. So what if his dad is a Trinity alum, maybe his dad is having second thoughts. No need to bring it up, is there? What I have been told about what Trinity coaches say about a kid, "We'll win with you or we'll win without you". I do look for the Rocks to pass themselves into November.

I anticipate the Stein youngster will be qb for the Rocks this year, and he will do a good job. If he plays anything like his pop (T grad) or his brother (X grad) Trinity will be fine at qb.

17 time, your observation regarding Manual is accurate. Unfortunately,

District-6-3 is comprised of Butler, DuPont Manual, Pleasure Ridge Park and St. Xavier. Butler's freshmen were loaded, and the remaining three have a very real chance of coming out on top of the district.

They have to win with a running game this year though, been a while since they have been in that spot...Beatty prefers to pass.

We shall see.

If you really believe that then I'd like to speak with you about some stocks I'm selling.

For the record since Coach Beatty has been at Trinity the running game has been in no way shape or form non-existent.

Vince Phillips, Dequese May, Jimmy Murray, Norb Elbert, Donald Barnett, Tim Phillips

They all seem to have been pretty good runners.
