jimmyref
I looked at the 6A tournament and made the projections based on last years total record-not based on who I thought might win this year. So, of course Trinity wins based on last year but I wanted to show what the match ups may be for this season. Once again, it is based on total wins on last years record, not head to head so a 12-2 Henry Clay beats a 11-1 Lafayette. No upsets, either. CentreRocks
Nice work again Jmmyref. If Trinity wins the district, it will play every playoff game (sans State) at home, correct?
Xgrad-JAGdad
Jimbo... you have too much free time at work! Pretty cool seeing how things could play out. Makes better sense than last year.

jimmyref
Nice work again Jmmyref. If Trinity wins the district, it will play every playoff game (sans State) at home, correct? If they were the no 1 seed in the district, definitely yes. If they win the district as the 2, 3, or 4 seed and meet either a similar seeded team or lower, then they would still play at home. prepnut
No way Henderson Co get's that far this season. Rebuilding mode & new coach. Henderson co will never beat the big 3 of the ville with only 35 players. Now, if they get thier numbers up????????

Diogenes
Good work, jimmyref. CentreRocks, are you implying that our dear friends the KHSAA contrived the system for any other than environmentally correct, altruistic reasons? I am shocked.
RockPride
I do think that Trinity is home throughout this year.
ram2003
If PRP beats Manual I'll buy you a house. Okay, not really, but I don't see Manual losing to PRP this year.
Riverside 157
Sounds as if the KHSAA should mail the 6A Championship Trophy over to St. Matthews today. They should clearly be preseason no. 1. By all accounts, they will probably be in the title game again this season.

By all accounts, they will probably be in the title game again this season. The school you are talking about in St. Matthews will have to earn their trophy like they have done in the past. Preseason No.1 would be nice, but not expected....even though the last few years should earn them No.1 ranking this year. Having that pre-season ranking really isn't a good thing, just look what it has done to that Poplar Level school!!!!

The KHSAA would have been correct 5 out of the last 6 years if they mailed the trophy early.
