Kobe still wants out

Featured Replies

A trade for Kobe would probably include Deng and Gordon and possibly Chicago's #9. This would be a great deal for both sides.

The Bulls would have to give up either Deng or Gordon, Nocioni, and probably Ben Wallace to land Kobe. I don't see them pulling the trigger on that!

I think they keep Deng at all cost. Gordon and #9 would get close, but not quite there yet. Add Big Ben and sign the deal...

It's really a bad situation for Kobe and the Lakers. Nothing they will get in return will be equal (Right away) and the team he goes to will have to sell the farm to get him.

I highly doubt that. They cheered Jordan despite a LOT of flaws. Kobe delivers a title in the 2nd City and he's King...

 A picture of Kobe holding up a Championship trophy in a Chicago jersey. Like you said just wow.

That would leave Tyrus, Hinrich, Kobe, Deng and Nocioni. They would really need a big guy bad.

I'm sure there is a Bill Winnington type out there for cheap somewhere... ;)

:thumb: :thumb: The pieces to the puzzle are there Kobe is the missing link. Its Jordan's Bulls all over again.

What would it take to include the Zen Master in the trade???

That does bring up another intresting question. Does Phil come back if Kobe is gone. I say not. Does he go to the Bulls with him. That would be awesome. Deng would be nasty in the triangle.

Deng as Kobe's Pippen??? I could get used to watching that team play....and I hate Kobe.

Kobe is stuck in LA untill his contract runs out, if he REALLY wants out, which I don't think he does, he is just upset with the management. If they do trade him, the team he gets traded to will be so drained he will have to do more than he has to do in LA, which means scoring about 70 a game to win. In LA he has some young talent surrounding him in Farmar and Bynum. He still also has Walton and Odom and Kwame. They were a good team untill all the injuries last year. They will be the 5th or 6th team in the West behind the Spurs, Mavricks, Suns, Jazz, Denver, and maybe the Warriors, it really depends if they play playoff basketball in the regular season or barely scrape into the playoffs, and maybe even behind Houston with the coaching change. He is in the best position in LA for the one reason, he is UNTRADABLE.

Scary stuff. Don't forget Houston.

Buss should buy Kobe a diamond ring. It worked on Vanessa.
