Ryle cruises to the semi-finals where they propably will meet PRP.

Did Somerset start their ace?

BTW, it sounds like the Ryle boys were happy to face the Somerset pitcher and NOT Kirsten Allen.;)

Now they know how the girls of the 9th region feel.

Very surprised by this score. Sounds like Ryle had their way with Wallen, but 4 errors surely didn't help matters.

Will Somerset start Molen tonight, or did he throw last night?

If we make it out of the semi's, we plan to bring her to Lexington with us. No rule about pitching underhanded, is there?

Actually, if we make it out of the semi's we get the winner of the E town, Shelby Co series.

Failed to mention Hughes did a nice job of pitching. Forgot for awhile about getting ahead of the hitters but then got back to old form and was in command again. Always nice when you have very good defense and you know you don't have to make the perfect pitch every time AND you know if you keep the score close your teammates' bats will come alive.

Good job Ryan.

Hey, if they'd agree to let her throw from 40 feet, you're golden.

She would make a great closer, wow!! http://www.cincinnati.com

Great stuff.

Tell ol' Garrett that she has made many a batter look foolish when she drops that wicked changeup on a hitter.

You know Vince Murray is going to be sitting at the USNA in a few years and while watching the NCAA softball WS he will be telling his fellow Midshipmen "see that girl? I got a hit off of her ONCE."

Maybe throwing of the mound would compensate for the additional 20'-6".

Pretty neat little film clip.

One would think that Somerset with all that county talent should have made a little better showing. There Roster including starting pitcher Wallen is loaded with kids that live in the county school district. Somerset Independant Schools the next best thing to a private school.

I told him that's probably not the last time he would be intimidated by a girl. LOL

Oh really.
