Harrison played a super game and had things going their way into the top of the 7th leading 4-3. Once the momentum started to swing, the breaks went GRC's way. The hard bunt in the air could have very easily been a bad bunt that went for a doubleplay, but turned out to be a single. The bloop to right with the bases loaded and then the bloop over the drawn in infield to score the 6th run. I think Harrison did everything they could to stay in the game tonight, but honestly GRC had the better talent and the experience and was able to find a way to win.

Don't forget a Regional Final appearance in 4A football.

It must be. Several of the basketball players play baseball. They really wanted to win both this year.

That's about as well as you could put it. Harrison Co. got all the breaks until the 7th inning and then the tides turned.

It was a great game for the Senior Lefthander. He pitched a heck of a game. I'm so proud of him. He is now a stellar 9-0 on the season.

Congrats GRC as I posted before, if my eagles did not win it, I wanted the Cards to, Class act from a classy program.

It was Jordan Barker's bloop single to right that plated two runs, giving Clark a 5-4 advantage. Josh Wood provided a cushion with a single for the final margin.
