When will the draw take place?

 

What has happen so far.....

 

36th District finals Highlands 22-12 vs. Newport 5-17

35th District Champion CovCath 26-9

35th District Runner-up Beechood 22-16

34th District Champion Dixie 10-20

34th District Runner-up Ludlow 12-13

33rd District finals Ryle 28-6 vs. Boone County 18-13

 

If the records hold, then the following teams should be seeded:

 

Champions

36th Highlands

35th CovCath

34th Dixie

33rd Ryle

 

Runner-ups

36th Newport

35th Beechwood

34th Dixie

33rd Boone County

 

Remember a district runner-up can not play their district champion until the championship game of the Region, meaning Beechwood can't be in the same bracket of CovCath.....

 

A good/lucky draw by some team, is going to happen, and it is indeed a shame that the luck of the draw could mean someone can win the Region by not having such a tough first round game, while another team has a real challenging first round game. Indeed a shame....

BTW; before a Ludlow fans tells me, yes Ludlow did beat CovCath in the first round of the 34th District Baseball game in 2004.

3pt, will one price get you into all four games, or will they clear out Champion between each game? Either way, with the weather on Monday looking great, and even without a beer to watch the games with, I am looking forward to watching four outstanding high school baseball games.

 

What a great way to spend a Memorial Day Holiday without having to spend a ton of money on gas...

 

Memorial Day: Mostly sunny, with a high near 79.

 

Monday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 60.

This is going to be a great day of baseball in a terrific venue with perfect baseball weather. I can't wait to get out and watch the games on Monday. Northern KY baseball at its finest!

9th Region is definitely on Monday. Times are believed to be 10:00, 12:30, 3:00, and 5:30.

I should of thought first .Just called the Freedom .Not sure of price , will be set by KHSAA SO THEY SAY ,will be more than normal $5 .Games are Monday .Check site on SAT for price to be posted .
