May 16, 200719 yr UK will defintley be better, and will get another upset this year. I just dont know who. My only fear is their schedule int he SEC is tougher than last year.
May 16, 200719 yr The Cats are getting some love thrown their way: Atlanta Aspirations Kentucky – The Wildcats are fresh off an eight-win 2006 season, a year in which they defeated Georgia and Clemson and played both Tennessee and South Carolina within one score. Back is senior signal caller Andre’ Woodson, the top quarterback in the league. Woodson threw for over 3,500 yards and 31 touchdowns, compared to just seven interceptions as a junior. He, running back Rafael Little and receivers Keenan Burton and Dicky Lyons, Jr. give Kentucky as potent an offense as you will find in the league. First-year defensive coordinator Steve Brown will look to reverse the fortunes of a defense that has struggled. Sure the ‘Cats are a darkhorse, but they are a team that can beat anyone on their schedule. You can't overlook an eight-win team that returns almost everyone. This is great to hear and read but it ain't gonna happen.

May 16, 200719 yr The Cats have a chance to be a special UK team this year. They need to step up and knock off the big boys, at least a few of them. The schedule is tougher but there are 8 home games this year and that could be the difference maker. A couple of big wins early in the season and they could get on a roll.
May 16, 200719 yr UK isn't going to win the SEC...but that's really not the point to me. How long has it it been since we were ever even mentioned as a longshot at such an accomplishment? That fact in itself shows that we are headed in the right direction. I just hope we can keep it going. We really need to build on last year's success and turn that into another bowl game and bowl victory and keep the momentum rolling with some good recruiting and player development. The player development is going to be huge for next year....we have to make sure we have a capable QB ready to step in for Woodson, whether it's Pulley, Fidler or Hartline. Out of those guys, I expect one of them to be able to step in and do a good job. I'm really excited about the direction UK football is headed.

May 18, 200719 yr I am optomistic about UK's team this year. Winning a bowl game was a great first step in building a better team. I am very optomistic, however, I am not stupid. UK won't win the sec this year. I hope they do, but they wont.
