From what it seems, Gillispie is in the mix for more than just a couple of guys. This is not a bashing!!! Just want to make that clear!!!:thumb:

Kinda like throwing more lines in the water, this gives you a better chance to catch more fish, esp. if your bait seems better than all then rest. Seems time to catch some big fish.

The problem was, IMHO, that OTS never had a backup plan when the top 2 or 3 didn't sign with UK. Billy G. is going after 10 or 12 top players, so there will be no dropoff if we lose out on one. And we will. No coach is perfect.

Also you won't be waiting until May the whenever for players to sign with that many in the mix.
May 2, 200719 yr How many scholarships do we have open for that year? Two as of now. Are they for Monroe and Miller? What if Hamga doesn't come this year but commits for next year? I know that we could have a few scholarships for this year that we hold for next year, but I'm not sure that I like it that he is offering so many players without the scholarships to back it up. Is it like first come first serve?
