May 3, 200719 yr The previous coach was in the mix for 1 or 2 of the top players in the class, but when they decided to go elsewhere, he had to fall back to less talented players. From what it seems, Gillispie is in the mix for more than just a couple of guys. This is not a bashing!!! Just want to make that clear!!!:thumb: I agree.
May 3, 200719 yr How many scholarships do we have open for that year? Two as of now. Are they for Monroe and Miller? What if Hamga doesn't come this year but commits for next year? I know that we could have a few scholarships for this year that we hold for next year, but I'm not sure that I like it that he is offering so many players without the scholarships to back it up. Is it like first come first serve? I'd say so, "We'd love to have you, but if you'd love to have us, well you may need to decide soon unless you want to play as a walk on":D
