Espn reported that Pacman Jones will try to enroll again at WVU for the year he is suspended. I think this is one of the best things he could do with his time off. Thoughts?

Thoughts? Maybe Chris Henry could join him, they both did go to WVU...

Pacman should be forced to spend the next year working full time with troubled kids. Spend 10 hours a day helping to clean up all the problems that a kid might cause, make him realize what a disgrace he has become to those around him and how lucky he is to be in the NFL.

The report said he will also workout with the team to keep in shape. If I am the coach at WVU I don't let this guy get around my players until he has proven he is a changed man.

Give the guy a break. He messed up and we all know it. Atleast he's trying to do something constructive with his life to keep out of trouble. He could just go back to Atlanta with all his "homies" and hit up all the clubs and risk getting in more trouble.

IMO this is the first step to a better Adam "Pacman" Jones.

Well, I would agree with you if Pacman had not be arrested not just once, not just twice, not just three times, not just four times, but five times and has been caught up in many more incidents.

It is nice in theory, but let us be honest, what good is going to do for Pacman to enroll at classes in WVU? It is not as if he was a model citizen during his collegiate years.

Some people are just destined to stay in trouble and be locked behind bars...

I agree with you and respect your opinion, I just feel that if he has to sit out a year, atleast he's going to TRY to stay out of trouble and do something constructive by going back to school.

But only time will tell.

I disagree with this. How many chances should he get. By the way the ladies in college and the parties are very nice.

It wouldn't hurt to show the team how one of the best corners in the game plays either...

It may hurt more than you think if he doesn't change his way of life. Remember, some of the kids on that team will be 17 or 18 year olds. Like I said, if he changes thats great,he can provide a positive influence, if he doesn't I would not let him around my players. He has to prove it first. Respect is earned, not given.

I do agree that he is one the best players in the game.

What does him going back to school have to do with getting another chance? He is going back to school so he can do something constructive with his life instead of getting in trouble.

It actually shows he does indeed care. Now can he stay out of trouble during the process? Once again, only time will tell, but going back to school atleast has him in the right direction.

I'm not sure what his incentive would be to go back to WVU if all he intended to do was cause problems. He can get drugs, alcohol, girls, ect anywhere in the country, why would he need to go through classes for it.

It's one of three things:

1) GT's point (although made in sarcasm)

2) A Public Relations scheme by his agent

3) He's actually trying to reform himself.
