First glance, it looks like the Bengals could be one of those teams that have won their last 7-8 games going into the playoffs.

Their toughest non-division opponents are weeks 3, 4 5, and 6.

12-4 is very realistic with losses to Ravens, Steelers, Seahawks and Jets.

Defense plays well and 13-3, 14-2 is a possibility.

With parity around the league, you can't really figure out who will be down or up. 2 years ago San Deigo was suppose to come in last and they have had 2 really good years. So I say 12- 4, is realistic for Baltimore, Pittsburgh or Cincinnati.

You have them penciled in for a lot more wins than I do.

I bet that all ESPN will talk about the week before the Bengals/Titans game is Chris Henry and Pacman Jones.

I don't think there defense is any better, it may be worse with the free agents lost.

The start of the season could be tough

It will all depend on how the young guys do this year. Last year there were alot of young guys having to play. So yeah lost a few in free agency, but as long as the young players improved for this year, then the defense can be better...

I agree with everything, except I dont see us losing to the Jets at home...:thumb:

If all is right in the world........

4-12

:thumb: 12-4 seems a little optimistic.

Why?

I have them going 2-4 in the New England, Seahawks, 2 Ravens games, 2 Steelers games, Jets and Chiefs games.

Rest of the games they should be favorite.

2 Browns' game, Buffalo, Arizona, Tennessee, St. Louis, San Fran, Miami.

Somehow they split or go 4-2 in the first group of games and 14-2 is not out of reach.

Wow! 14-2. Remember the Bengals propensity to lose games against supposed inferior opponents ie; Atlanta and Tampa Bay. They will lose games they are favored in. Question is how many

I'm thinking 11-5.
