April 24, 200719 yr METS win 6-1 over rockies. Maine another good outing going over 7 innings. Offense picked it up Delgado first HR and Alou 3 hits. Take that with another loss by the braves and the METS are in 1st. Again.

April 25, 200719 yr Great game tonight. The Mets win 2-1 in 12 innings. They were down to their last out in the bottom of the tenth, but Easley hit a solo homer to tie it up. In the 12th with two outs and men on third and second, Chavez lays a bunt single down the line and drives in the winner.

April 25, 200719 yr Mets lose today 11-5 to the Rockies at Shea. Pelphrey had a rough outting falling to 0-2 on the year. A lot of good hitting by the Rockies today led by Todd Helton who went 4-5 on the day and Willy tavares who had 5 hits.
April 26, 200719 yr A rough LOSS for the METS as Pelfrey really took in on the chin. Nothing really worked for the METS pitching today as Pelfrey pitched only 3 innings and gave up 8 hits and 3 runs. Rockies get 20 hits today in the METS LOSS. On the bright side, Reyes 4 hits and batting over .350 for the season and Green 3RBI day has him batting about .350 also. METS try and rebound from the LOSS with the nationals coming up.
April 28, 200719 yr METS with a tough LOSS to the nats 4-3. Perez had another good outing with 9 SO's night, but METS leave 9 on base tonight. The 2nd time this year the METS have LOST 2 in a row. They try and bounce back tomorrow with Glavine on the mound.
April 29, 200719 yr METS pull out another extra inning win 6-2 over the nats. Ageless wonder Franco 2 out single in the 9th ties it up and big 2 run hits by Beltran and Wright seals the win. Glavine goes 6 innings with 3 hits and 1 run. On the down side Valetin goes out with a knee injury. Easley a good replacement on the offensive side, but not as good from a defensive standpoint. Maine goes today for the METS and will try and stay undefeated.
