You are exactly right! Micah does not move his hips laterally well enough to play middle linebacker.

 

I look for him to be at defensive end initially and possibly move inside from there.

I agree in that Micah Johnson needs to go ahead and make the move to DE, thats where the team needs him most and he could become a force there for the Cats...Braxton Kelly still has 2 years left at MLB and #4 and #56 both need to be on the field for the Cats D.

I heard that Micah Johnson was back on the field today after being suspended...Garry Williams is also back...any word on if Christian Johnson is back yet or is he still suspended?...We need Williams and Christain Johnson bad on the OL.

Talk about quick- A.Smith ran a 4.28 on pro day and now weighs 205!

^ He is lightning fast....but again that is a hand timed 40....he's still very fast though.

I think a concern should be that Woodson won't be getting hit until the EKU game......that will make him a tad bit gun shy early in the year.

That makes me feel good that he will be healthy coming into the season. I'm sure they will let a few hits get in on him. He is a Senior he will be fine.

The CJ reported that Micah Johnson is now 6'2" and 270#. Brooks says he will still play at MLB. He was a liability on the field last year at 20# less. What is Brooks thinking, put the kid's hand on the ground and get it over with. He will not be able to play LB in the SEC at 270#.
