Didn't see the Trinity, Male 02 game, and I guess it's the best, but one that deserves mention is Trinity, Boone County in 1988 semis.

Battle the entire night. Brohm leads Trinity on a 80 plus yard drive (it was Elwaysque) to force overtime. Trinity scores first and the game ends when Boone is stopped on the two inch line on fourth down.

OK so I guess this will be the greatest game you ever saw thread even though that thread has already been made. I really was putting this on here for you all to see the ending to this state championship game in Texas. Turn on the volume.

I guess you finally gave it up, huh, stick?

I was skimming the thread to see if you tried to reiterate the purpose of this thread again, but I see this was your last attempt...

That gets my vote for the worst game ever.

come on, you got to love it!:ylsuper:

the rock vs sheldon clark game was a good one in 2000 playoffs ended 7-6 Rock. Sheldon Clark had an awesome team, and I heard it was freezing.

Pikeville vs Feming-Neon 1992 season. Feming-Neon won 23-16 to win the distict.

Great game and very cold. The coldest game I can ever remember. But the Rock vs Cov Cath in 2001 semi-finals was the best game I remember. Rock won on a rainy Sat afternoon 17-14 to advance to the state finals for the first time.

Big, big game was a upset believe it or not. Hazard was number one in the state in class A for much of the year in 1992. Pikeville came to town in the second round of the playoffs and beat them 18-13, Hazard finish at 11-1.

Prestonsburg / Danville 1993 semifinals Prestonsburg won 16-15 2OT.

Blackshirt that was a good one but I have one that was even betterthan that, 93 AA Title Game. I bet you recall that one, a truely great one :thumb:

No question for me, the 02 4A title game M and T, greatest game ever and my7 getting to see it is all because of this guy that goes by Gametime who had me on his show shot in the parking lot of Cardinal Stadium right before the game. Had I not got Gtimes invite I would have left for Mayfield to celebrate another state title over Beechwood

Let me add The Highlands at Boyle Co, Game in 2003, first time these two great football programs has got togather for a game.Big crowd, lots of excitement and top it off, a great game. Boyle won by one point, I think it was something like 22-21 or something like that. It was just a reg. season game, but played like it was for the State's Championship.
