March 27, 200719 yr IMO, this doesn't really change anything. We all know Chris has his problems, but I don't think that this is the straw that breaks the camel's back. If he's gone, it's because he doesn't use his head - not his turn signals.
March 27, 200719 yr Wouldn't that be a felony? Should be a felony if the driver is cleaned less frequently then the car.
March 27, 200719 yr Just wanted to make this clear..... He deserved to be arrested. You can't go driving on a suspended liscense and not expect to. He's a complete moron for doing anything that isn't 200% in compliance with the law. My problem is with getting pulled over for "not using a turn signal". I have had a cop behind me numerous times and switched lanes or turned without signaling and never once been pulled over. Now if the situation was right I could see the reasoning, but come on....If you're going to pull one over for it, you have to pull em all over IMO, and we all know that isn't going to happen.
March 28, 200719 yr Author For those of us outside the immediate area is this a bad part of town? As bad as Cincinnati gets...
March 28, 200719 yr Why would a cop pull anyone over for not signaling. That is ridiculous.... I got a ticket nine years ago in Indianapolis for failure to use my turn signal as a merged right to get off on the Louisville exit. It was ridiculous. I thought I was the only idiot who ever got such a ticket.
March 28, 200719 yr Driving with a suspended liscense is a no-no....but come on. Failure to use a turn signal?? No seat belt??? That's just bad luck if he got pulled over for no blinker.... I'd be willing to consider the "failure to use a signal" bogus if this guy hadn't already been in trouble 100 million times. As many times as he's been in trouble, he should have known better. Stupid, stupid stupid.

If it's against the law, where is your argument? He broke the law. Police can't arrest everyone, that would be impossible. Each situation is different, and the police officer had the right to choose whether or not he pulled Henry over. Thank god he did, because Henry was breaking more than just one law when he failed to use his signal.
March 28, 200719 yr I always use a signal, but have yet to see a police officer pull someone over for not using one. It happens. And when you are driving on a suspended license, you deserve to be pulled over if you don't use your signal.
