Great move by Christian County's coaches to put Tandy on Knowles. His quickness gave Knowles a little trouble until he got into foul trouble. Can't wait for the GRC/Ballard game tomorrow night.....

I believe they can beat them. The Cards seem to always play just what it takes to beat a team. Hence why we have so many close games hopefully we wont do this tomorrow cause Ballard from what I have seen comes to play ball.

Yes they are, but at times so is Clark. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

We had really been hitting our free throws and today was was not a good day at the FT line. Great hustle by the guys and pulling this one out...Proud of you all. Huge crowd there for Clark today.

Big win for GRC, Christian County had a team that was as talented as anyone in the field.

Great job GRC!! Free throw shooting today was "not good". Good Luck against Ballard!! Let's continue the march for the 10th!!

I didn't understand the strategy of putting everybody back when GRC was shooting free throws the entire game. I'm sure they were trying to prevent runouts by Christian Co., but with all the missed free throws that GRC had, they missed out on a lot of offensive rebound opportunities. Glad it didn't cost them.

 

I noticed them doing that at times during the regular season games I saw them play. But when the team's hitting only 25-44, you've gotta get some guys up rebounding. I sort of understand the strategy -- it does slow down good transition teams, which Christian Co. is.

 

Give CC a lot of credit -- it looked pretty much over for them when GRC held an 8-10 pt lead much of the fourth quarter. But give credit to CC reserve Corey Wilford, who had 11 points in the final three minutes and change to get CC back into it, then had all three CC points in OT.

 

Can't say enough good stuff about Tristan Jones' play. He was a beast all game.
