Um what game was you watching man? When we went uptempo is when we lost the game. If you noticed in the first half when the game was more of a slower pace, we were right in it. But once things started going fast in the second half, we were out of it...

Game changed when after Morris went to the bench, they had a couple of possessions where they took quick shots. Quick shots, especially when they are misses usually turn into transition opportunities for Kansas.

Compare halves in transition opportunities? Big time difference.

Game got away from them.

Think about it. UK played a slower, more deliberate style because their number one offensive option is a center. Any team who has a true center as thier number one option should play a more deliberate, and maybe slower style.

People gave Perry the same crap after last year's tournament despite him having 45 points in two games. Not as good this year because of the Villanova game, but in the tournament at least, he's never given his due by many.

No doubt he had AMAZING tourney games the last two years, but if had played like that all year (or ever 3 times) we wouldn't have drawn Kansas in the 2nd round.
