They are pretty good at predicting to be honest, I'd say they are 75-80% at getting the winner correct but no system is 100%. I think 95% will pick SC to win this game and probably the same % will pick them to win the whole thing but strange things can happen when 4 games are played in 60 hours.

They were 9/16 predicting the region champs.

Like I said, the best team doesn't always win, I also went 9/16, I better look elsewhere when I enter my KYPost picks.

Scott County 95 vs Oldham 61. This game is a huge mismatch. Oldham has not seen any team remotely close to a top 10 team all season long and Scott County has played half of its schedule against nothing but the best.

I think that when Scott was in the 8th they were the team that all other 8th region teams marked on their schedule. I think that views around the state of the 8th would seem to think that the region was weakened but to say they have nothing is not a true statement. I think Scott should win big, but I have thought that before against Oldham and went home early from Henry Co.

Well let me put it this way. Simon Kenton was favored to win this region and was barely beat by Oldham and Simon Kenton finished LAST in the Toyota classic. The talent level in the 8th region isn't good and they aren't going to be able to play with Scott County.

8th region teams play hard and are well coached. If I remember right Simon Kenton won their second game in the Toyota Classic - the one they had to play over in the middle school gym. Also - I believe they were without Hester during the Toyota Classic.

 

Oldham Co. is a team that if Scott Co. overlooks them it could go down to the wire. If SC comes to play they should be ok - but no reason to totally disrespect the kids who play in the 8th.

Yoda, its a 40 point game. The 8th was one of the worse region in the state. You can play it up all you want, but the talk away from these boards is complete domination by Scott County. Oldham hasn't seen a team like this in over two years. Get ready for some highlights by SC. And I don't think Hicks will be calling the dogs off in this one.

Im not meaning to disrespect the players but I'm just speaking the truth. I don't think this game will be under 20 and I dont think the 8th has anything without Scott County bottom line.

I think its ironic that Hoops Yoda has a quote in their avatar mentioning Scott County with the word "recruiting".
