Is it, or did Magloire get overshadowed by playing on good teams and playing with Mohammad for two years. Hayes's abilities have been romanticized by the UK faithful b/c of his leadership and hustle on teams that didn't always show that. Magloire played on a national champion, national runner-up (I believe) and an elite eight team. Magloire was a great shot blocker and his hook shot was effective. I like Hayes more too, I just think that Magloire doesn't get his due b/c of who he played with.
March 7, 200719 yr Author Magloire does get overlooked in my opinion. Which was the reason I started this thread. He was a winner and a leader on a team that was very successful during his tenure. Most definitely should Tony Delk be the next jersy retired. But down the road Magloire, McCarty, Padgett, Prince, and even Keith Bogans should all be considered!:thumb:
