Wow, what a game, BB was up by as many as 11 in the first half. They battle back to bring it with in 4 a the half.

The second half was a barn burner with the lead going back and forth.

Brossart pulls it out at the end, Scott had a last second shot to win it but fell short.

With this performance by Scott it should make a very interesting 1st round for them if they can avoid the Royals.:thumb:

Good luck to both teams in Maysville!!

Great game by both teams. Brossart has a lot of turnovers.

Fun game to watch. It was sloppy on both ends, and poor officiating throughout, although neither team benefited from the poor calls more than the other.

The Eagles had no answer for Cooper down low, and he carried the Mustangs to the victory tonight.

Sharp is a heck of ball player for Scott. I really enjoyed watching him.

BTW, anyone else who was at the game find it funny that the Scott coach pulled one of his starters about 30 seconds into the game, screamed at him for about 2 minutes and then didn't put him back in the rest of the game....Seemed odd to me.

Congrats to BB. Will be interesting to see how the draw comes out tomorrow. When anyone finds out...please post.:thumb:

Played sloppy. Kidney wasn't the same. Heard through the "rumor mill" that he may have mono.:scared:

That would be terrible for him and this basketball team right now.

Interesting that you brought that up. My dad kept saying that it looked like Kidney and Cooper were under the weather. Can anyone shed some light on that? (BGGreen or Striker??)

Congrats to the Brossart players and coaching staff. Good luck next week.

This was a great game for the fans. Sharp & Smith of Scott played really well.

Cooper is a load inside for Brossart.

Scott goes 6 of 15 from the free throw line tonight and missed around 5 open lay-ups. This cost them the game. This team needs to shoot a lot of jump shots and free throws in practice.

Officiating was just terrible. These three officials should return their pay from tonight and quit calling games because they are the worst group that I have seen this year. If the KHSAA can't get better officials than this, then Larry Boucher needs to resign his position of being in charge of officials.

Scott did miss way to many layups and FTs. Brossart missed quite a few late FTs as well though.

As far as the officiating goes.....As I mentioned earlier, it was pitiful, but it was bad both ways, so really can't complain too much on that IMO.

It's unfortunate that a high profile game like this can't get some decent officiating. At least they were bad on both sides of the ball.
