Nothing is a given in the postseason, HC fans should keep things in perspective you don't know your opponent or the outcome yet. Congrats on advancing.

They have to beat Deming first.

You think maybe that is why it says with a win on Friday night?

Congrats to Harrison Co. they just outplayed the Cats tonight. Way too many turnovers in transition opportunities for the Cats. Tough way to end a great career for Kane Belcher. It will be strange not going over to the Fieldhouse to see PC play this year. First time in a while.

Well said. It will also be strange to go to the Woodshed next year and not have a Belcher on the hardwood. Kane is a workhorse and I hope the best for him in the next four years at college. Kane and brother Keaton are both good Christian boys - class acts.

Totally agree, will truly miss Kane, he is such a great person. Hard to get any points when you are being triple teamed, such a workhorse he is. good luck to the rest of the district, will be tough at the fieldhouse no matter who moves on.

Kane had no help on that team what so ever...

He probably won't have the horses for years, so this is what you have. I didn't say I was bashing him. This season is typical pc basketball, the last couple Biggs years is not something anyone should get used to.

I did not think you were bashing him at all. I just gave my thoughts on the job he did this year. I do remember a win aginst my Mustangs.

Your being a little tough on the PC boys, thought you were a fan. I seen alot of help for Kane last night. I seen them playing as a team and a lot of feeds going into Kane. They tried hard to find Kane last night, he was just triple/double teamed and it was difficult to get the ball into him. The ball was in his hands a lot. Kane is an excellent player, and a great kid. Where you at the game?

Which I dont think they will do.

If the guys play they way their capable of it'll be something to see.:thumb:

I think Simms got out coached last night.HC had multiple guys hanging onto Kane and used that to their advantage. It was a close game until the Franklin kid scored about 4 straight times one on one under the basket.Sims let the lead get to about 8 or ten before calling time out.As hard as it is for PC to score point,I don't think you let the lead get that big that quick.Give credit to coach Kendall he spread the offense and went with the match ups PC gave them.

So in essence the better team won last night?

Unbelievable, great fan judgement......not. The best team won regardless of how they played. The better team won, it just so happened that it was late in the game and that is generally when it matters the most.

Birdman speaks the truth, no help at all. It is not just about last night, no help all year long. If Kane had any help at all they wouldn't be done for the year.

I know it was not what the cats wanted, but it was a good first season for Coach Simms. I think from what i am hearing in our younger team play, the future of the cats is bright.

Yea in about 4 or 5 years
