I'm smelling an 8/9 or 7/10 versus Georgia Tech.

What you smell, I think is GT, but not Georgia Tech and not basketball related. He might have had beans for supper last night.

I think UK needs to beat Alabama to get in IMO. Kentucky has won only 5 of its last 10 games and hasnt beat a ranked team. I know their RPI is strong but i just think their not a guarantee.

They are in. No question about it.

 

IMO, they will still beat Alabama and possibly Miss. State to move up to a 6 seed. Then, probably a first round upset loss to VCU and former Wildcat Allen Edwards.

I'm gonna say a 1st round loss in the SEC and they drop lower and play Louisville in the 1st round.:banana:

I doubt if Kentucky will get a high enough seed to play either of those two. I would say Arkansas State will be about a 14 seed (assuming that they win tonight, of course).

I really hope we don't get into a 7-10 situation with Gonzaga.

Looking up the stat, it's amazing that Kentucky and Louisville have only played 4 times in the tournament. Going 2-2, last meeting was 1984. That would be fun to see them go at it.
