Good points URIT. Much easier to coach from the stands then to spend every day w/the team and the players and see them in practice and their attitudes then a seeing them a few games here and there, everyone knows that.

 

 

This is a grossunderstatement that most don't realize until they have coached themselves.

JB, I think I will make it available to parents since "everyone" in the stands around me believes in my ideas and philosophies. Besides if they don't agree, I will take their money and send them to a private session where I drill my beliefs into their heads until they repeat my philosophies.

 

 

All I would add is my suggestion to add a seminar: how to ref. from the stands, and then add a end of camp team and individual ranking list and you will make a mint. :-)
