All the while I was looking over here...

Well I just learned about the better scoreboard app and deleted Arbiter. So thank you for that. 💪🏻

If you want to get stats for teams or players. I recommend you keep arbiter linked up. That is almost surely going to be the most up to date and accurate football stats.

I'm sorry to say I took Riherd's scoreboard for granted along with all the current and archieved data it provide. Kudos Mr. Riherd you and your product were magnificant. Thank you.

The creator of kyhssports.com was the guest on this show the other day. Was a good listen, the sound didn't start for a few minutes so it's not you it's the show.... But the sound will eventually kick on and is a good show to listen to if you want to hear why this guy did it and what's the future of it.

The podcast is also on Spotify, if you want the whole conversation.

Once again arbiter and KHSAA fail online. Simple inquiry. I wanted to see football district standings. Multiple clicks and searches on khsaa.org only to get to the link for the district football standings and get this:

Error 404 - Not found

Sorry, the page you requested could not be found.
You have reached a page that does not exist on the KHSAA web site.

Likely this error is caused by seeking a file that is not due to be
published at this time but will be published as we get closer to that
sports season and its post-season play

Then I went to the new https://kyhssports.com/ website and in two clicks I had the standings.

Looks like some folks are spending way too much time digging into this situation!

Why wouldn't some folks? The KHSAA had forever and a day to get this right and they gave us a junk product while an independent site got it right.

It doesn't take much digging. The links on arbiter are dead ends. Almost any simple two click search for info leads to a dead end. One of the worst designed websites I have visited.

Inquiring minds across the commonwealth want to know why we went from the absolute best scoreboard to the absolute worst. I'm not apologizing for digging.
