Looks like there is a pay-to-play video broadcast of the scrimmage on Hudl:

Griffin Benke with a nice TE screen for a 1st down. Birds at the Male 27 at the end of the 1st.

Thanks for the updates, @FirstTimeLongTime!

Short rushing TD then a 3 and out for the Birds. 35-0. Still no first downs for Male. Birds have the ball at midfield

Looks like the 1s are down for the day. Male did complete a Deep TD pass to end the half. Birds did miss a FG before that. 35-7 at half.

Wow. I knew Male would drop off, but not off a cliff. And Highlands is gonna be a problem for most of the teams on their schedule.

Birds JV getting thumped a bit. Not sure what the sub situation is for Male but it is now 35-21

Moeves to Wimzie for a long TD. 41-21 early in the 4th.

41-21 Birds Final.

Thanks for the updates....

What a trip to the ‘Ville for the Birds!!!

You have to feel really good going down and taking care of business against a very nice program in Male.

Definitely a good confidence boost & I expect Highlands to be right in the thick of things in 4A, but I really believe this is a 5-5 Male team, at best, heading into the playoffs. I anticipate them getting running clocked 2 or 3 times this year.

It’s awfully nice to go to Male and clock them. Nice.

The Birds have some sure fire weapons on both sides of the ball. Your QB is a beast. It blows my mind he is only a sophomore. Three upcoming years of terrorizing defenses with his arm and legs. Best of luck this year!
