Spurs led 18-8 with just about 2 minutes left in the first quarter this is the fifth straight game that the Spurs have led by 10 or more points in a game and so far they are only 1-3 we shall see how tonight turns out.

The Spurs led after the first quarter 23-13.

Spurs led at the half 42-37. The Spurs led by as many as 16 points in the first half. Looks like the Knicks once again have them right where they want them. lol

Spurs up 70-55 late in the 3rd.

Spurs led by 7 after 3 quarters but again led by as many as 15 in the quarter.

Knicks win 94-90 another terrible 4th quarter by the Spurs! Knicks first NBA Championship since 1973! Congratulations to the Knicks and their fans!

Brunson with 45 points the rest of the Knicks scored a grand total of 49 points.

It was interesting to see "Worldwide Wes" on the stage with the Knicks to receive their championship trophy. 

Brunson is the real deal. I am glad the Knicks took care of business. 

 

 

It was easy to see that the NBA wants Wemby to be the next face of the league. He got away with multiple cheap shots and clear fouls. Really left a bad taste in my mouth for him.

I'm really beginning to question what the NBA is all about.

I forget which game but the NBA was reviewing one of his fouls and there was talk of upgrading it to a flagrant (I thought it was clear it should have been upgraded) but in my opinion (and I think yours) I thought the NBA showed some favoritism there.  With all that said, those first couple of games were so, so physical that I can see how things get out of hand and extra rough.

I was good with the physicality. Overall, I think they did a good job keeping that even, except when it came to Wemby. 

And KAT, but the other way around. KAT was getting absolutely mauled with no calls most of the series. Brunson got a lot of that too.
