I am looking forward to seeing what Brunson can do against the Spurs. I think it could be a Spurs sweep.

It is now time for the NBA finals between the Knicks and the Spurs. Game 1 tips off on Wednesday, June 3 at 8:30pm. All games will be on ABC.

I don't really know why but I just have a feeling that the Knicks will win. Their 2nd and 3rd round series they played teams who had come out of 7 games series. They will have to win 1 of 2 in San Antoino to pull it off. imo

I feel the Spurs will win but I’m rooting for the Knicks. It has been long enough for them to have not won.

It's always about matchups and it seems like the Knicks matchup with the Spurs better than anybody else in the NBA. The Knicks offense is on fire and they can be very physical on defense. The Spurs defense was excellent against the Thunder. The Spurs are so young - it feels like the Knicks experience will win. The key to the series is Wemby in the paint on both ends. The more the Knicks keep Wemby out of the paint, the better their chances to win.

Spurs led 27-19 at the end of the first quarter.

Spurs leading by 5 at 37-32 midway through the second quarter.

Spurs lead the Knicks 55-48 at the half.

Spurs and Knicks are tied at 76 after 3 quarters been a good back and forth game so far. The Knicks outscored the Spurs 28-21 in the 3rd quarter.

I didn't vote but I would have voted Spurs.

Knicks have their largest lead of the game at 94-86 at the midway point of the 4th quarter.

105-95 Knicks, wow!! 

The Knicks win game 1 with a 10-point win 105-95. The Knicks were up by 8 at 94-86 with 6 minutes to play. The Spurs scored 9 straight and went up 95-94 with about 2 minutes to play. The Knicks then went on a 11-0 run to close out the game.

That game came down to 4 possessions in the last 2 minutes with the Spurs up by 1.

Knicks get an offensive rebound with multiple shots that led to Brunson getting a wide open three in the corner.

Wemby misses a 3.

Brunson makes a 2.

Wemby turns the ball over trying to make a dribble drive from the 3 point line.

Ballgame.

With the way Brunson can close out a game, Spurs need to be up by 10+ when it gets to 2 minutes.
