What brought this on so late?

I wonder if this was his choice or if he was “encouraged” to look around?

I hate 100% pure speculation, but....after seeing him pull in Jake Feldhaus and Jayden Johnson, one has to wonder if Chris Mack and the South Florida Bulls are in on this?

He offered Edelen at College of Charleston.

I have wondered the same thing.

WKU dropped him. Telltale sign is decommitting during spring.

Edelen has committed to Fairfield.

I'm guessing this was about playing time and NIL.

WKU did sign 2 other point guards from the portal. 

WKU got bigger and stronger this spring.  I don’t think either Edelin fits the new profile for a WKU guard.

Fairfield is a great landing spot.  Good luck to Cole in Connecticut!

The older Edelin was never a fit from the get go.
