2026 Indiana Fever

Tonights game is wild.   Caitlin Clark hits a game tying 3 with time running out.  Washington's Sonia Citron drains a 3/4 court shot at the buzzer to seemingly win it, but it was overturned on review, so we are headed to OT knotted at 89.

From Outkick: Caitlin Clark took a fist to the throat during Wednesday's game. No whistle. No foul. She was also shoved to the floor and stepped on. Still nothing from officials. Clark event

The core that made a run to the East Finals managed to stay intact.   Add a, hopefully, healthy Caitlin Clark and the Finals has to be the expectation and anything less would be a disappointment.   Sh

Already figuring out what game me and my daughter will be attending.   If you haven't had a chance to go up for a game, I highly recommend it.   It is a fun time.

I am watching the game too, whole second half, 103-99 Washington with 11.3 left.

Washington 104 Indiana 102/OT

Caitlin Clark leads all scorers with 32.   Sonia Citron netted 30 for the Mystics.

Great game, hated to lose.

Where are their games televised right now?  I haven't watched one yet this season but I typically stumble upon a few of them during the summer. Just haven't had the chance to yet.

Just my opinion,  but any game Caitlin Clark is in, is usually fun to watch. She's makes everyone around her better and I think after a few years in the WNBA her teammates are starting to understand her abilities more and are upping their games/better prepared for the type of plays she can create.

Tonights game was on ION.   They also play on USA, ABC and occasionally ESPN.

I liked the halftime show on ION.  I don't know if they are the same panel for all networks but they were very solid.

I got Youtube.tv not long ago so all the goodies pop up and I have been watching a little bit of some other WNBA games in addition to watching a lot of the Fever.  To me the whole level of play has moved up.  And best I can tell there have been some big crowds, it has a big time feel to it.

Right, anything Clark is entertaining.

Indiana 89 Seattle 78

Caitlin Clark leads all scorers with 21 points (and a game high 10 assists and 7 rebounds) as the Fever improve to 2-2 on the young season.

In less than 2 full seasons worth of games.

Half way thru her first season I said her assist numbers were well below what they should have been due to the inability of her teammates to finish plays that Clark was creating for them. Clark makes everyone on her team better on offense which is why she is fun to watch.

From Google:

Caitlin Clark has been ruled out of the Indiana Fever's home game against the Portland Fire with a back injury. This marks her first missed game of the season, and it is part of a strategic management plan for her playing time following an injury-shortened 2025 campaign.

The words "abundance of caution" were used too much during the game.  LOL.

They certainly didn't need her tonight as they are handling the expansion Portland Fire with ease.

I picked up on that too and eventually turned the game off.
