Beginning in 2029 the Oscars will stream on YouTube insead of broadcasting on a network (it has been ABC for as long as I can remember). In other words, the networks were willing to shell out big money for something that gets less and less viewership each year.

I feel like every day I am closer to subscribing to YouTube TV.

I've had it for about 3 years..I switched when they picked up NFL Sunday Ticket. It is a solid service. But in the time I've had it, the price has gone from $54.99 to $82.99...basically a 60% jump. It's still cheaper than what I was paying for basic TV service, but I suspect the price will keep rising.

I am way more interested in the interface, usability, quality, etc. than the price.

Vastly superior to any other service. Granted, it might be because it’s the two I mostly use, but them and Netflix are the gold standard.

YouTube TV is legit. Had it for around 4 years. The Quad box is a game changer. Well Worth the price.
